আমাদের কোনো রিটার্ন পলিসি নেই। আমরা সবসময় ফেসবুক লাইভ, রিলস, অরিজিনাল পিকচার কাস্টমারদের প্রোভাইড করে থাকি। আমাদের রিজেক্ট ছাড়া রিটার্নের কোনো সুযোগ নেই। তবে যদি ভুলক্রমে কোনো অন্য প্রোডাক্ট আপনার কাছে গিয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আমরা সেটা ফেরত দিতে বাধ্য থাকিব।

কেউ যদি ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করে থাকে, উদাহরণস্বরূপ, দেখতে পছন্দ হয়নি ? এরকম এক্সকিউজ করে যদি কেউ ড্রেস রিটার্ন করে,সেই ক্ষেত্রে আমরা তাদের আর কোনো অর্ডার রিসিভ করতে আগ্রহী নই ।
